Shadow Inventory Purchases

I have bought 6 properties in groups of 3 from banks where they were just sitting on them (shadow inventory). These will be added to my BRRRR strategy. If you can make relationships with the bank you have no competition and it's a great resource.

Try connecting with smaller local banks and see if you can look at there real estate holdings.  I use private lending on these so I can offer cash.  That certainly helps.
