Can I lease a legal one bedroom unit to two roommates in Ohio?
I have a large one bedroom apartment that I'm getting ready to lease in Ohio. It's large enough to where it has a third floor (unit entry is on second floor) that is quite a large space and can accommodate an additional bed. However, per code, it cannot be considered a legal bedroom because lack of egress out the window. I have two unrelated individuals / friends who want to Lease, I don't know whether they are a couple or not. Does anyone know if I am able to allow both on Lease? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
Thank You!
