Landlord interested in units with 44 units or less in San Diego

Hey!  

Are there any investors with properties with less than 44 units? 

With 3 years experience managing a 26 unit property my mom is looking for a property to manage once again.  Preferably in the San Diego area.  She has a wealth of references as well to show her proven success as a landlord.  Comment below if you are interested in learning more!
