Poor credit but wants to pay 3 months up front
Haven’t had a lot of interest in my almost vacant rental. I do have a very interested applicant with a credit score of 551, which seems to be mainly due to past due student loans. They want to pay 3 months up front to help establish my trust. Thoughts? take them on or keep looking?
