What are you paying in PM fees?

I have a few rentals that I use a PM due to the location. Here's my breakdown:

50% 1 month rent for new lease.
25% 1 month rent for lease renewal.
5% monthly fee.

I'm curious to know how much you pay and how good of a job they are doing for you.

Well that explains it ;-)

When I have looked at the CS market 1 bedrooms tend to rent very easily if they are anywhere close to campus. You probably shouldn't be paying a premium to lease these. You can likely hang a shingle and get tenants on your own.

Do you own units in other areas as well or is this just for CS?
