Single Family Unit - Leased by corp. for traveling employees

I am leasing a furnished single family unit to a company that houses employees at the property as they travel in and out of town. At any given time, the house could be empty, or have 1-4 people staying there. Is there a website with a similar platform to Airbnb, or a hotel that would allow the company to have a "booking experience" for their use of my property? Letting them (and myself) know when and who the property is occupied by?
