getting tenant to sign the property inspection?
Hey Guys,
I just finished my first property inspection and filled out my property inspection checklist.
I was wondering if i should get my tenant to sign the inspection saying the property is in good condition just in case they try to say that they were living in a poorly maintain property as a reason to not pay rent.
would this be a good or bad idea?
Thanks in advanced!
