Equity Loan on Rentals

Adam Henriquez
Posted

Hello,

Just joined the forum.  I recently purchased 4 rental properties whole sale, all cash.  3 of them are renting, one of them is in the eviction process (existing tenant).  I have a day job and over a 700 credit score.

I'm looking to take an equity loan on these properties to purchase more rentals.  I don't know where to start.  Are any experts able to point me in the right direction/talk about some of their experiences doing the same thing?  I did a search of similar posts and didn't see much.

Thanks in advance!
