Neighbors business/apartment caught fire, FD damaged our Property

Neighbors place of business caught fire, (from a wood stove/ mini incinerator) gutted the place, including the rental apartment connected to it, bad enough that they decided to level the place. they decided to use a 40 ton excavator to bring it down, and instead of using the businesses driveways, they tried going through our yard, breaking a retaining wall with a fence, leaving DEEP ruts, damaging our driveway and the main road, cut down tree branches, which they threw and hit one of our parked cars. We had no fire damage or even threat of it, as we are over 30 feet away, catty-cornered, upwind of the fire. extreme negligence of the Fire Department and operator using heavy equipment on a personal residence.
