Does anyone have a commercial lease Template?

I am purchasing a 10 unit assisted living and I need to write myself a lease from my management company to the operating entity...You gotta love banks!

Thanks,

David

So you have a lease with the tenant? What do you mean by a lease from the management company to the entity? That's a management agreement, not a lease.

If you mean an actual NNN lease, I would absolutely never do that without a lawyer. The management agreement I would use a lawyer too, but it's less risky to pull one offline.
