Cleveland Contractor Turnover Costs Looking for Help

Can anyone recommend a contractor in Cleveland that can help get a couple of properties rent ready? I have a couple of units in a duplex and a SFR that will need some work.

Tenants just moved out between one to three months ago. 

The current PM I have is good at management, however, when it comes to turnover costs they have acknowledged they charge quite a bit more than everyone else.
