Bank loans for seasoned debt-free properties in Florida and Ohio

Kim Mitchell
Posted

We built our portfolio using private money & creative strategies avoiding bank loans.  We decided to operate debt free but are finding it hard to grow at the rate we like.  We want to take advantage of today's low rates by mortgaging a small number of rental properties to have CASH available to buy more. Partner's credit scores are 760- 800s but only business income not outside W-2 money.  20 years experience.  We have single family, duplexes, 4- plexes and 8-plexes to use as collateral- how should we choose? What is the best way to find a good loan?

Try Conventus. I just did a couple cash out refis through them for 100K each. Transaction was smooth and easy.
