I see Cozy and Zelle being used around the forum for rent collection. Do you have experience with both or either or? Which do you prefer? Why?

I have used Cozy for a long time because it has a tenant portal. The rent charges go onto the ledger automatically and the tenant can see their balance at any time. I can add late fees and other bills. The tenants can submit maintenance requests.

Zelle seems to be only payments, not an actual tenant ledger or property management portal.

It doesn't matter to me it takes 5 days to get the payments because I have enough reserves in my account that I'm not scraping by.
