I am looking for a multi unit property I can occupy and rent in the Soulard area and just want to know has anyone had a hard time filling vacancies? Right now in Soulard there are not a lot of homes for sale but before I buy a place I want to hear if anyone has had trouble finding long-term tenants. Thanks
