Month to month vs 12 month lease
I’ve read some posts that landlord utilize a month to month lease vs a year long lease at the beginning of the term for a new tenant. I haven’t considered a month to month option to start a lease, but I was hoping to get some pros and cons of each. I have a property that I will be renting out soon and I’m wondering if I should re-consider how I write the lease length. I appreciate your insight and expertise.
