estimated rent free comps

Hi BP community,

I'm a starting-out real estate investor currently searching for rental properties. During the property analysis, I search for comps using free tools like realtor.com, zillow, etc. For the rent comps, however, I've had some difficulty finding the information. Would anyone mind sharing any free-to-use and reasonably reliable technique to estimate the rent of a rental property? This is just to start-out and for practice. I'll probably transition to a paid service in the future. Thank you.
