Florida Our first Eviction

Hello all,

so last year we bought a duplex and we inherited tenants ( terrible tenants, always complaining and destroying everything) and this last month they didnt pay the rent so I served them the 3 day- notice and after the 3 days, we filed the Complaint and Summons with the County. I thought this was going to be an easy eviction BUT I just found out that one of the tenants answered stating she is now a single mother and has 3 kids and blah blah blah so I guess now we will have a hearing. Any suggestions? Should we hire a lawyer? Thank you!
