Platform for SFR Portfolio Management?

Hey everyone! If you are an owner or manager of a decent size SFR or MFR portfolio (between 50-500ish) what platform do you use to tie all of your information together (such as excel spreads, quickbooks, buildium/yardi etc)? In my research, it seems like the real successful ones are heavily targeting commercial real estate such as Waypoint or Stratfolio.

Any advice?
