Books to read on starting a Property Management Company

Hello All! I have been self managing my own rental properties for the past several years and have become quite adept at it. I have interest in starting my own property management company as a result. In this pursuit, I am sure that there is much to learn. Can any of you recommend books that you have read that were helpful in gaining perspective on the property management industry as a whole as well as "best practices" for setting up systems and processes for offering property management to investors? Thanks!
