PManager taking over properties from other PM

Hi Everyone,

Question for property managers from a property manager:

One management company approached ours, with the following proposal:

They have + 20 properties that they are currently managing (poorly apparently) and the owner is a bit concern since is also not taking much from it. Therefore they have contacted our company as we are specialized in PM, in order to handover these properties to us. But of course, nobody gives nothing for free. ;) they dont want just to give the properties away and they want something/partnership/ proposal in return.

Does anyone pass through a similar situation or have any proposals ideas? Everything will help this brainstorm.

Much much appreciated for your input.
