Does anyone know the max you can increase the rent on a tenant in El Dorado County?

Hi Sean,

I live here in El Dorado County. I'm pretty sure there are zero restrictions on rent control here in the county, meaning you can raise your rents as high as you feel fit and the market will bear. It seems as if there has been talk about possibly controlling rents for mobile home parks in EDC since the early 2000's however, still nothing has materialized. A quick google search turned this article up:
