Do you guys have luck with calling previous landlords of possible tenants?  I was told earlier today that some landlords /management companies will not disclose information regarding previous tenants.  Also, is anyone familiar with the term "rule to vacate".  I was doing a search of county court records online, and ran across a "rule to vacate" ruling on a certain individual.  Thanks for the help.
