Apartment Turn Expense
Curious what you landlords are paying to paint and clean an 850 Sq Ft 2BR/1BA apartment unit to make it rent ready. (The unit is all hardwood flooring, which needs nothing.)

I generally do my own painting and cleaning, but from time to time have others do it. When others do it I generally have to spend 250 - 300 for painting. For cleaning I h ave someone that is very good, quick and reasonable. I pay her hourly but it usually runs about $45 - 60.
