I'm getting evicted as a commercial tenant - NEED HELP!
I received a 30-day notice to evict the commercial property (gas station) since I was not paying the full rent. Landlord has been accepting $2k instead of the agreed $4k since 1.5 years and now all of the sudden he is asking us to pay back rent to continue the lease. How good is my defense where I say that they've been accepting half the rent all this while?
