Section 8 rentals - Suburbs of Detroit- first post

Hi Everyone,

I got into real estate by working with an investor managing over 60. section 8 rentals in Florida. I then went on to flip my first house. 

Now that I am back in Michigan I got a 9-5 , but am also a licensed realtor. is there anyone in the suburbs of Detroit with Section 8 experience?

Is there a lot of demand for section 8 rentals around Warren, Oak Park, Harper Woods, East point etc...
