Lack of stress - Good? Bad?
Hi guys,
I am soon to take the plunge into the world of real estate investing.
Ive been reading a lot on BP. Ive chosen my market, the the type of property I want to buy, waiting on approval for financing, chosen a good RE agent, PM etc
I understand the basic 50% rule and the 2% rule.
My next step is to get my pre-approval letter, and start viewing properties.
The thing that is bothering me, or NOT bothering me, is the fact that I am not stressed out at all. I have no anxiety about it whatsoever.
I do realize that while purchasing the property, and after I purchase the property, there will be things I did not foresee, mistakes I could have prevented, evictions, late payments, things breaking etc. But Im almost indifferent to it. I just keep thinking: "I am the one picking this job and I actually dont mind at all taking care of these types of little fires."
I was just curious to know what you guys think about my lack of anxiety?
I dont know why, but I feel like its a bad thing. I feel like I should have some sort of stress.
Maybe its just conditioning? I used to seeing other be stressed with new jobs etc?
I just feel like I will know how to handle/ or be able to learn how to handle, every single problem that comes up.
I dont know what it is, but this lack of fear is really making me feel like Im just not seeing something.
Any advice?
thanks everyone
