“BRRR” How to refinance under an LLC
Can some please help me to understand how to do the refinance portion of the "BRRR" Strategy?
I have a new real estate company with no positive tax returns. My credit is 750 & I have cash but I’ve also been a self employed Broker for the last year & a half. And all the banks I approach ask tax returns. Is there a non traditional method?
