Can subtenant hire a cleaning service?

Hi all,

I'm the master tenant and my roomate (I'm in the middle of evictin her) wants to hire a cleaning service. (she has not pay for this month rent) We have a cleaning service that comes once a mont but I rather they come twice next month before showing the house to new roomates (In SF they have 60 days heads up, before eviction) 

She has said that she will hire someone else if our regular people does not come tomorrow. Can I block her attemt of bringing unknown people without my consent?
