I have little to no experience in property mgmt. Can you offer suggestions of handling a tenant violating the NO PETS policy of the lease?

Send them a registered letter informing them of their breach of lease with a short amount of time to cure.

Follow up with an eviction if they don't comply.

Or, if you want to be known as a 'strong' LL immediately evict.
