Cleveland's New Rental Inspection Program\

Hi I am a invetstor and own 2 homes in the city of Cleveland and one in Lakewood. I was looking to purchase more in Cleveland ( also looking for a good property management company). I am concerned about the new rental inspection program. Has anyone had an inpection? My experience with any city inpections is that they nitpicked me to death? My properties are well maintained but they are 150 years old. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank You
