What do you do when good local property management doesn’t exist?
I live in a small market area and I have yet to find a decent property management company. I would like to remain mostly hands-off, so I don’t plan to manage my rentals myself.
How far away would you be willing to hire a property manager?
Does anyone know a good PM in a 25 mIle radius of Warsaw, IN?
What would your next steps be?
