whats the best way to manage different properties income and expenses?
Property Managers...How do u manage individual properties expenses and income? do u open an individual bank account for each and every property? (And pay the baning fees) or do u manage all of it out of one bank account with specialized software? I will b starting my property management company soon but this is the last hurdle...so im tryin to figure out the best way to go about it...thanks for your suggestions

I have one general account for most of the banking, but you may be required to hold deposits in separate accounts. You should review the laws on how deposits in your state are to be held.
