Lease in Texas
I'm a new investor and am getting ready to lease out my first property. Texas has a standard lease. My question is how do I add, or can I add additional items to the lease? As an example, I want to meet all tenants that will be occupying the space, cars parked in the driveway or in front of the house only, etc. Do I have an attachment to the standard lease or actually insert them into the lease form? Also, things like the list of repair costs for items damaged by tenants. I'm on a bug learning curve, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
