PA Investor Moving to CA

My boyfriend and I currently own a rental property in Pittsburgh and we are planning to move to CA next summer for career opportunities. We would like to keep the rental property, and I just started to research how this would all work out. There is an $800/year LLC tax in California though - would I need to register my LLC in California if it's already in PA? We do not pay LLC tax in PA, only state income tax on the amount we withdraw from the LLC yearly.

Is there any way to keep the LLC in PA, although we are moving out of state?
