Anyone want to share their lease verbiage for a month to month agreement? Mine are all 1 year or more, but now I need to do a month to month.

In section 1 (term):

"1. The initial term of this lease shall be ___ months, beginning ________________ and ending Noon, __________________."

In section 9 (hold over).

"This lease will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless Management receives written notice of intent to terminate at least 30 days prior to the end of this lease."

To do month-to-month, we simply write the term as being a month long, with the automatic renewal being month-to-month.
