Homeowner Insurance that allows tenant to sublet?

A tenant wants to sublet my property through Airbnb and provide me with a steady income higher than a regular rent, but I'm struggling with what kind of insurance I should be getting in this case. None of the insurance companies would sell me their insurance after knowing the intent of the tenant. What do people typically do in this case? Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks a lot!
