House hack - Evicting tenant - He now has overnight guests...

My wife and I had to tenants next door which we inherited from the house sale. Only one was on the lease and she let her boyfriend move in years ago. They stopped paying rent so we served a 3 day notice. She took off and is now living elsewhere (still has property at our duplex.) He agreed to leave in 2 weeks to have outstanding rent forgiven, but didn't honor the agreement. We already served another 3 day notice and have filed for eviction to remove him.

Now he has these two "Guests" that are "helping him move" by staying there overnight for the past week. I told them to leave but they refuse.

Can I just call the cops and have them get rid of these guests that won't leave or do I have to evict them along with the tenant? They haven't paid me or anything like that.

Austin TX

Any insight would be great! Thanks so much.
