Can i remove personal property after auction foreclosure?

Hello i have just won a house at the auction and seen inside the house before it is filled with so much clutter clothes toys and junk...i mean piles...no one lives in the home the owner just comes by once in a while and leaves how does this work i have a quit claim deed for the house  do i just break into the house and change the door locks? what do i do with all this junk inside the house and personal property can i throw it out without the previous owners permission or must i contact them about it? if the owner comes by again do i leave a note on the door saying im the new owner to the home?
