So my properties are in a LLC, but I also have a company I use for just for advertisement. Example, property is 123 Wade St LLC, but the real estate company Name is Big Brother Properties LLC, when I provide a lease what name am I suppose to use? Sign as my personal name, or as the company big brother properties?

Thanks
