Finding GRM

This is a very old post Chuck, but it would be interesting to see how some of the investors that were paying over 100x their rental stream are doing now. Have their rental rates been hurt by the busted real estate bubble?

In the future, you may get more responses if you start a new thread as opposed to reviving one from 2007, but to answer your question...

GRM is going to be specific to a property, not necessarily an area (those properties in a specific area may have similar GRM).
