Hello! I am simply looking for folks that are using, or have deeply evaluated, Property Matrix and your thoughts on any limitations, errors, issues, etc.  It’s certainly pretty on demo. I’m down to the wire on picking a software and it’s between Buildium and Property Matrix.  Thanks to all!
