Does anybody use the above mentioned software? I like to have things organized (1 rental). I am not debating on the cost, rather on efficiency?

I tried it a couple years ago, didn't like it at all and returned it after a week. Maybe Quicken has made improvements and updates to it but I don't know.

I use Quickbooks now which I like. If you only have one property, then it might be overkill but if you plan on investing in more properties in the future, you might as well use Quickbooks. Your CPA will appreciate it.
