Starting first time short term rental-looking for advice on LLC

We have always done long term rentals and are branching out into the short term rental realm. Hoping to gain some advice about weather we should hire an attorney or go through the LLC process ourselves. Our short term rental would be in Gig Harbor, WA. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
