Just curious if I can have "Small pets will be considered" in the rental policies so that i can decide on case by case basis - depending on breed and other stuff. I might be open to accept tenants with pets but don;t want to commit.

I have a clause in the lease agreement stating "no pets will be allowed without written permission from the Landlord" clause. This allows me to decide on a case by case basis.
