In need of advice, So this will be my 6th rental property - all multi-family. Majority have had long term tenants (who still live there now). This will be only the 1st time I've had to fill a unit and I know obtaining QUALITY tenants is a MUST. I'd like to know some strategies of not only finding/marketing good tenants, but screening them as well. Specifically advertising my property, only place I really know to go would be through social media. I will plan on making them fill out a rental application to get to know them and all that but what are some other ways to find quality tenants.
