Master Lease Option Term
The notes I have on MLO say to "get the owner to lease their entire building for usually 5 years, for no more that the current NOI, income - expenses. Set up an option to buy at current or below current value. Then exercise option to buy by either going to the bank and get 100% financing, after you have had a vested interest for 12 months.
So you do this to show a track record for a year? Even though initially I would have said 5 years, I can go ahead with financing prior to that then?
Thank you
