Sticky situation with tenant owned mobile home on my property.

Looking for some advice,

I recently purchased some property with a tenant that owned his own home and paid the previous owner lot rent. Now that the property has changed names he avoids me like the plague. Since I have had this property I've collected rent once now he's a full month late and I really just want the home off of my property. How do I go about getting him to move it?
