Hello BP, I own/manage a large multifamily (50+ units) in Brooklyn. Anyone on this wonderful site in my or similar situation? I'd love to share ideas and compare operation strategy. Mainly costs and how they can be reduced or better controlled. As some may know NYC has strict rental laws so the name of my game is margin protection. 

Any info will be greatly appreciated. I'm new to BP.
