Alberta Canada: 1% Rule

Hello Everyone,

I live in a small town just outside of Calgary Alberta. My wife and I have been investing in SFR for about a decade.

Has anyone  from Alberta found a rental property that meets the 1% rule? 

We would really like to hear any success stories or if anyone has even come close.
