Oregon Apartments - Comcast Contract

Hello, we have a brand new Apartment Complex being build in Oregon - small 17 units.  Should we be concerned with anything on a Comcast Installation and Service Agreement?  Any advise on what to look for that might not be beneficial to the owner?
